For most of my young life, I had been an only child. I wanted someone to talk to, someone to listen to, and someone to play with. God answered my prayer in August 2009, when a sweet baby girl, came into this world. Her name is Genesis...
As my little sister has grown, I have seen her bloom into a bubbly, funny and beautiful toddler. She talks so much. She loves to cook in her play kitchen, cooking ice cream and french fries together. She loves to pull her stool up to the kitchen counter and "help" me wash the dishes. She joins in singing when the rest of my family is praising in the car. She even knows the words of most of the songs. She loves me... and I love her.
My deary, walking home from the Farmer's Market
Shielding her beautiful, brown eyes from the sun.
At the beach...
I love her.
Aww she is such a cutie. I love my lil cousin. What a lovely post. Genesis could probably win smartest toddler in the "world" on how much she talks.
ReplyDeleteAww that's so sweet, Kiana. I always wanted a little sister too, I was pretty bummed when my little brother turned out to be a boy, but then realized a while later that Yahweh doesn't make mistakes, and He gave me a brother instead of a sister for a reason. :) All siblings are blessings! :) ♥
ReplyDeleteAwww she is so adorable,I also wanted a little sister and now I have two sisters and a 7 month old brother I love both of my sisters because they love Adoni just like I do. I love my cute little baby brother too even though he doesn't understand who G-d is yet I know he will grow up to be a G-dly man some day. G-d bless.
